In August - September I will be relocated with my family to Singapore (couple with two child) and currently looking for a rent. Try to look over the listings and found some are suitable for "small family".

- What is the meaning of small family in most cases? Is it one or two child are included?
- What is the average budget for family of four for rent (condo and HDB, fully furnished)?
- (optional but good to have) Is there any recommendation of district that might suitable for muslim family (near with mosque)?

How old are your 2 children if I may ask? This will probably be able to determine how many rooms apartment do you require on top of the type of apartment given that for the new condos, room size is small and usually only able to accommodate a single bed while master room can only accommodate a queen size bed. Also, are you working within any price range for the rental? Different locations have different indicative rental price therefore it will be good to find out more about your requirement.

PropertyGuru only allows registered agents with a paid subscription with PropertyGuru to put up their listing for sale or rent. I have recently just paid over $13k to renew my subscription with PropertyGuru. Home owners are encouraged to consider engaging the services of an agent to market their property for sale or rent, since commission is only applicable for every successful transaction, thus you can actually factor in this commission amount into the final rental price such that the tenants are the one indirectly paying for the commission, instead of home owners paying the advertising fees whether or not a tenant is successfully secured.
