I'm wondering what condos are there out there, recently TOP-ed or TOP-ing in first half of 2011. I'm planning to reside in the unit so it'll be great if it's not a place that's inconvenient.

Places I am not considering are North-east, North-west, North (though YCK southwards is fine), and eastwards from Simei.

Are there any 2-3 bedroom units at these properties available for around 700k?

I have one 3+1bedroom penthouse at Tembeling Court(D15)..Brand new,just TOP,freehold,1561 sq ft duplex with private jacuzzi and sky terrace,no noon sun,near amenities,eateries and Eunos MRT..asking $880psf only(negotiable)..alternatively,i also have another unit there,also 3+1bedrooms,1184 sq ft with very high ceiling..asking $880psf (negotiable too)..Both are move-in condition,just bring luggage.Please contact me if you are keen in these 2 units.Viewing can be arrange at your convenience.Thanks
