I'm wondering if i can purchase a 4 room flat in Tampines if our CPF is only about 25k..

Lets say the house cost 470k. How much can be deducted by CPF, how much do we need to pay by cash, any grands and also est monthly payment etc..

We are very new to purchasing house. We did apply for Nov 14 BTO but my fiance is thinking of getting resale instead. Can i get some advice.

Hi,

If you take up a HDB loan, 90% of the price or valuation will be covered. The balance 10% can be paid off by your grants (depending on purchaser and income profile) and CPF OA. Being active in the east side, I will be glad to do a detailed financial breakdown for you and assist in securing a suitable unit. Thanks and hope to have the opportunity to work with you.

Warm regards,

Afternoon,

If you are getting HDB loan, you will need to prepare 10% for down payment. Hence you will need to top up around $32k cash, before the usage of housing grant. As for the housing grant, it will depends if both of you are SC and have any of you bought a subsidized unit before.

Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.
