I'm very disappointed with one agent (won't mention his name) and I wonder what can be done. A friend and I have separately contacted this agent at different times to view some units. At each time, we expressed interest to view some units and this agent never got back to us at all.
The worst thing is that he's an "exclusive" agent for several listings. What this means is that the seller is actually missing out on possible viewings.
This person may be a busy agent, but he's not performing in his job and I pity the sellers who have placed their trust in him. If he can't take so many listings, then don't.
