I'm thinking of selling my 3-room flat in Tiong Bahru. Currently, there is an ethnic ratio restriction for my block (chinese not eligible to buy from another race). While my spouse and I are joint owners, he is listed as the main owner and he's indian while I'm chinese. So does it mean that I can only sell to non-Chinese buyers? Is there any way to get around it as we understand that it'd be harder to sell the flat if we are limited to selling to only non-chinese.
