Ideally, a conventional 3 rooms apartment maybe a safer investment as it will likely be acceptable for most tenants or buyers in future. A 2 bedroom penthouse will be a more niche market therefore should you be able to find a buyer or tenants who are specific about looking for 2 bedrooms penthouses, this is likely to result to have a premium price over the sale or rental. Do you have any price range in mind for this investment?
