I'm the seller. Both seller and buyer signed OTP on 15 May 2010. On 6 June 2010, Buyer has decided to call off the deal after signing the OTP. On the OTP form, it states within 120 days to submit to HDB. Reason as the buyer is mid of changing current hse's ownership to her brother and mother. Please advise me - can i sue them for breach of contract? Buyer wants to claim the deposit of $5k from me, should i return?
