Hi,
Ideally, you should engage a agent to assist you to buy a unit. This is because the agent will shortlist the units for you based on your needs and wants. Why bother to go through all that when the agent can do this for free?
He will also advise you on the entry price and negotiate for you. I can do all these fr you. Do contact me.

thanks for sharing. yes, we have an agent helping us but most of the units are sourced from guru or 99 and we have viewed most of them. majority are not suitable for us. trying to see if there are other sources for knowing available units that are not yet listed on the portals.
