I'm staying in a 5I unit @ pasir ris st 52. Bought the flat 4yrs ago and this coming novemeber i will fufil my 5yrs occupational period.
1) Do i have to pay back the 40k grant that i took if i were to buy a BTO flat? How abt a resale flat from d open market?
2) can i buy a condo and rent out my flat now? or are we allow only 1 property?
3) If there are buyers willin to buy it for 500K, do i have a penalty to pay? (less than 5yrs) If not, i dun mind. In Nov 2008, my frd staying at Blk 519 124sqf sold it for $455,000.00. mine is on d 8th floor, 128sq.
