Morning Vincent,

If you are SC and have fulfilled MOP, you are eligible to purchase resale EC and more properties after that. However, if you are PR, you are required to sell off your HDB unit after you have purchased the resale EC. On the other hand, if you are looking at new EC, then you are required to fulfill the MOP requirement before you are eligible to purchase your next property.
