Hi Aileen,

Should you decide to retain your existing HDB and purchase the condo with both names, the higher tier of ABSD will be applicable. I can send you the table which summarises the ABSD applicable as well as the cash outlay required.

Hi Miss Eileen,

Firstly, You need to know whether your HDB have passed the five year MOP.
Then you can considering of getting a condo.

Secondly, do you wish to let go your HDB for the condo?
If No: you will require to pay a 10% ABSD + 3% BSD
The following above will apply as a couple.
If you are buying as a single, you will just need to pay 7% ABSD and 3% BSD

If you wish to let go of your HDB.
You will just need to pay BSD 3% if you are buying under only using your name.

And require to pay 5% ABSD + 3% BSD if you are buying as a couple.

Hi Eileen,

If purchase under both names, it will be 10% ( as higher tier ABSD for PR will be subjected.)

If under yours only, it will be 7% ABSD.

If you are keen to sell off your property within 6 months from key collections/ completion of your current unit, ABSD will be reimbursed back.
