Afternoon Robin,

If you have fulfilled the MOP of your current unit, you are eligible to purchase another private property, without paying for ABSD and yet keep your HDB unit. This is provided that you have enough cash for the deposit of 5 to 10% and CPF for the 15 to 30%.
