Hi,

1) Sol Acres is an EC TOP in 2018. Thus the estimated MOP will be in 2023.
2) Before reaching the MOP, this is still considered under HDB policy. Meaning that you have to meet the eligibility criteria.
3) You are not eligible for this until it reached MOP in 2023.

As a SPR, you are only eligible to purchase a resale EC that the first owners had met the 5-year MOP.

Unfortunately SOl Acres will only meet its 5 year mark in 2023 and you are not eligible to purchase any resale unit over there at the moment. The reason there is resale unit over there at the moment is due to HDB approval to sell but only Singaporean families are allowed to purchased.
