I have recently clocked a 4room flat transaction in Tampines Street 82 in 2 openhouse sessions at above the indicative valuation price as the sellers are looking to unlock their ownership to upgrade to an upcoming new launch project. Do you have a specific reason to sell and what are your plans after sale?
