I'm planning to buy a condo $1 M with cash payment only.Pls advise.
1.Est min. sum required to hold it for 5 yrs
(20% down payment & assuming with 10 yrs loan). 2.Loan payments commence during construction stage or TOP.
3.Penalty selling within 4 yrs commences on caveat lodged or TOP.
4.Easier to sell 3 than 2-bedder condo.

5% cash or 1/4% depending on resale or projects. 50k

15% CPF/cash approx 8 weeks later 150k.
