Hi,
At current resale atmosphere, it is better to buy than rent.
Usually people that rent is either not eligible due to rules and regulations or having financial difficulty to fork out the lump sum needed to begin with.
If you are not one of the above mentioned. You might not be able to get an ideal size due to budget in the beginning. You could still hedge from this purchase and prepare for your final ideal unit a few yrs down the road.
