Real Estate agent normally will charge half a month commision for a year lease. 1 Mth for 2 years lease. we are in the open market, Commision can always be neg with your estate agent that serve you. Hope this help. Cheers! Read More

Hi Ignoramus,

Agent fees for rental are as follows:

Rental for a period of not more than a year - 1/2 month rental as agent fees + GST
Rental for a period of not more than 2 years - 1 month rental as agent fees + GST

Above-mentioned are the typical charges and not fixed.
