I'm looking to purchase a unit in The Sea View and found out that in September 2011, the papers were reporting about the MCST of The Sea View sued the developer for $14 million for defects that have allegedly plagued the estate since 2008. However, there was no follow up on the outcome of this case. Anybody familiar with the development know about how the matter was resolved? Were the defects fixed? I don't want to move into an apartment that has foul smell or badly fixed floor traps. There was also water seepage in the walls/ceilings?
