Hi SPONG,

Different location and budget will appeal to different tenants. Therefore, it is not surprise that different agent refers the same tenants. Generally speaking, rental flats are still in demand and there are plenty of tenants out there looking for a place to stay.

If you are experiencing difficulties renting out your unit, you may want to discuss with agent what could be problem, could it be the price?

You may want to consider to assign an exclusive agent, this will help to save time and money.
