I have clients, especially single bachelors that like to do this. Many of them take up units in the CBD district.
Mostly renting shophouses in the Tanjong Pagar area (for those with larger budgets), while others taking up space in Chinatown.
Other locations where you can do this will be in Joo Chiat.
