I'm looking for oceanfront suites one bed room in pasir ris.. would any of the agent can advice whether the ABSD still applicable and can advice also the required cash+CPF for the downpayment and necessary admin fee and How much will be the monthly installment.. Thanks..

ABSD is applicable if you are a local buying this unit as a 2nd property or you are a PR currently. I would be able to assist more in detail if I have more info from you.
