My budget is up to $700k.

Hi,

would u like to consider The Alexis, which is 5 mins walk from Queenstown MRT or City Regency which is also 5 mins walk from Boon Keng MRT? Both Freehold and very near to the City. Below $700k.

Hi Gwen,

how about considering Casa Fortuna, 1 bedroom. 10 mins walk from Toa payoh MRT, 5 mins bus ride to Novena MRT. Extremely close to the city and District 11. The best part is, you are paying D12 price but still so close to D11. $690k for 506sqft. This project is going to TOP soon.
