I'm looking for a low floor 3-bedroom unit for rental here (1442/1528sq ft) 2 year duration corporate lease. I have colleagues living here on the lower floors who are paying between S$5.1 - 5.6k. Anything coming up in this price range ? Also the upcoming Amber Towers major construction diagonally across the road is bound to impact prices I think ?
