Is there any particular locations you are looking for? $5000 budget as a quantum sounds decent but I will also need to know how many bedrooms are you looking for in the apartment and is there any particular requirement which is important to you for example, no balconies in the apartment or you are specifically looking for duplex penthouses?

This will facilitate a great deal in proposing suitable projects to you. In addition, perhaps proximity to office is required, do let me know the working locations for both of you.

Do you mind sharing with me more requirements in your rental search?

Eg. Preferred location; number of rooms you are looking at; minimum built in area, minimum floor level; furnishing options, duration of lease etc.

Currently its pretty far from Feb, thus a good time to start searching could be from end December onwards.
