i'm looking for a 3bdr at urbana with a budget of 1.8m is this possible?

Hi Dennis,
Unfortunately, you may not be able to expedite a purchase with that budget. If you are able to increase your budget slightly north or adjust/refine your requirements slightly, I could advise you on which other similar projects to target. There are currently ongoing high discounts and firesales of as high as 31%, in the prime districts , especially D9-D10. I believe this could be the ideal time to exploit the weak market and leverage on sentiments. There could be a couple of D10 Firesales, which you may look into, with refined and adjusted requirements.
