I'm looking for a 3 bedder condo unit in the East.. must be near to mrt. My budget is ard 90k. Any good recommendations? Thanks.

Hi Jason,

With $900k budget, you should be able to get a 99 year leasehold property pretty comfortably. If you are looking at freehold, I do have an apartment in D15 looking slightly above $1k psf, which is very reasonable, however, overall quantum will be out of the $900k range. Selling slightly below $1.2m.
