I'm looking for a 1600 to 1800 square feet private property apartment. My budget is about $1m.
pls advise if there are any such units left or has the property market surged past this level already?

if yes where are the areas? I'm keen around Kovan /Serangoon Gardens/Lorong Chuan area.

hi ken, the market price has indeed gone up the recent transaction that i have is kovan melody. my buyer bought a 1227sqft 3rm unit at 1.08m looks like you may have to increase your budget a bit
