Good evening Stephanie, With a budget of $600k, you might be able to afford a resale studio apartment if not subsale 1 bedder. If new launches, your options might be restricted to Geylang area. If you can increase your budget by abit, maybe you will be able to afford a 2BR at Rivertrees which will be launching soon at Fernvale. Will you be keen? Btw do take note that if the purchase solely under your spouse's name, additional buyer's stamp duty will be 5% while if under your name as well, it will be 15% as you are considered a foreigner.
