I'm interested to rent out my HDB 4 room flat. Anyone to advise is there any regulations i need to adhere to?

Afternoon Yan Ping,

To rent out your entire unit, you must fulfill the required MOP period. It varies depending on when you collected the keys to your unit. When this have being fulfilled, you will need to attain HDB approval before you can official rent out the entire unit.
