Hi George,

Clover By The Park, full park facing are only Stack 14 (1282 sq.ft.) and Stack 15 (1249 sq.ft.). The other 2 stacks are the much bigger size. Size 1216 sq.ft. do not have park facing.

Honestly speaking, for Clover By The Park, if you are waiting for owner to sell at developer's price or breakeven price, is 100% impossible. I'm the Resident Agent there and I know all owners there have holding power. If they cannot get the profit gain they want now, they rather wait till TOP to sell higher, especially those stacks facing the Bishan Park.
If you are really keen for a unit there, and if your budget allows, I suggest you buy it before TOP. Once early 2011, most owners will up their prices.

If you can accept other stacks, for 1216 sq.ft. size, lowest price is $1.10M you able to get a unit.
