Hi,

Based on recent transactions, the transacted psf is in the range of $703 to $767 psf.

That should serve as a reasonable guideline of what's a reasonable price to pay. Typically, psf would be higher for high floor and smaller units i.e. closer to $767 psf.

Similarly, you could be looking at the lower end of the range for a 4-bedder on a low floor.
