Hi,

Latest 12 month salary payslips is taken into consideration for fixed income employee personnel. Meaning if applying in July, payslips for June 2022 to June 2023 . One off bonus not considered. They will then take the average of the past 12 months. May I know how much has the income exceeded?

The income assessment is based on your past 12 months salary if you are a fixed income employee. If your household income exceeds the cap, we will need to appeal and seek HDB's waiver. HDB will assess each case on a case by case basis.

If you are unemployed for some months, the income will be averaged out over the 12 months period. Please contact me so that I can understand your situation and assist you further!

Typically What count are: Fix salary, Allowance, OT, Pure Commission Base / Basic + Commission, Performance Bonus, Quarterly Bonus (Subjective if this is under performance bonus or commission n company pay out quarterly it count),
May or may not count: Reimbursement
What Don't Count : Yearly Bonus, Yearly Bonus, but companies break up to quarterly payout.
