Hi Winny,
Just my personal opinion.
Every home owners/buyers would want to save costs in miscellaneous fees, e.g legal, agent fees.. etc.
But buying and selling a property is not a small issue, it involves a transactions that deals with hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars, which i believe that each and every client would prefer to have someone who is capable of doing a professional and proper deal for them.
As such, i believe agents fees is something that we should be trying to cut cost on. Saving a few thousand in agent fees, might result in a incompetent agent that 'short change' you in terms of service provided.
Buying a property is a important decision to make in most people's life and i believe you would want to make a mistake doing so.
