Hi Enni, for 1 bedder to pay maintenance of 387.50/month with minimal facilities is bit high. There are many project out there, you may want to check it out and compare before seal the the deal. Btw, you know some people have been saying that the property prices would go down further, have you thought of maybe buying a property maybe 6 months to a year later? Hi Miss Enni, I hope that you have not committed to this deal. If it is that high, it would not be a very good investment in the long run as this is a recurring expense. This would also affect how sellable the unit would be when you decide to sell later. I have alternative options available also in the east that I think is a better environment, brand new, freehold, cosy, accessible and immediately available.
