I'm going through a divorce and my wife is an LTVP+ holder. Our house was bought 1.5 years ago and I took the CPF Housing grant for living near parents.

Will HDB force me to sell the house and split the proceeds?

Afternoon,

Depending on the content written on the court order and you eligibility to remind as owner for the HDB unit after the divorce, HDB might or might not require you to sell the unit within 6 months from the date of issued court order.
