I'm currently staying in an EC in D23 (1410 sq ft - 3 bedrooms - fully paid). However, I have just bought a unit in Geylang Lorong 28 (538 sq ft - 2 bedrooms), TOP end of 2015. How much will the rental be for both units? Thought of staying in Geylang after the TOP, what do you think?

Hi Chua,

Demographics in 2015 may change therefore it is still relatively immature to be deciding on this now. As what Raymond has mentioned, 1 consideration will be renting out the one which has higher rental yield, however, my opinion is that you should choose to stay in the property which you are more comfortable in.
