Dear Yuki,

D9/10/11 is deemed as a better investment. Have a few projetcs to talk to you seriously for less than $1.2m!!

Generally central region have undergone a series of correction since its peak in 2007/2008. Now is perhaps a good time to enter for capital appreciation if you are able to hold the unit.

Hi Yuki,

With $1.2m budget, you are likely to be able to secure either a studio or 1 bedroom unit in districts 9, 10 and 11, which likely will be direct from developer.

I'm not sure if you will be keeping your HDB should you be purchasing a unit for own stay in West Coast, but if I were to be in your position, I am likely to go for the option of purchasing 1 unit for own stay at West Coast and rent out my existing HDB for rental income, which is I think has safer and better returns.
