I'm currenly looking for a 4 room HDB flat in Ang Mo Kio area as I would get parent grant. Am low on cash so would take those units which are troubled by money lenders or those which has family members who passed away. I'm looking at buying it below valuation if possible. Corner unit and high floor preferably. Don't mind areas in Hougang and Bishan too. Are there any around? Do reply back.
