Hi CK,

Currently in Singapore, as long as your HDB flat fulfill the respective Minimum Occupation Period, you are absolutely eligible to buy a condo.

If it's BTO, you might need to wait for another 1 more year. If it's a resale HDB flat bought from the open market, you should able to keep your HDB flat and start hunting for a condo.

May I know when do you purchase your HDB flat?

I will love to assist you in your property purchase!

Looking forward to hear from you soon!

Warmest Regards,

Hi CK,

As your HDB was bought 4 yrs ago, you have already completed the MOP (Minimum Occupation Period). Therefore, you need not sell your HDB, and you can purchase any private condo.

If you still have outstanding HDB loan, bank will only loan you 60% for your next property purchase. Only when you do not have any outtsanding housing loan, you can get 80% loan.

Let me know which area you are looking at, I would be glad to serve you and help to get your next dream house. Please feel free to drop me an email or call me directly
for a non-obligation discussion, if you still have further questions. Alternatively, we can also meet up to discuss at your convenient time and place.

Thank you & Best Regards
