I'm an executor (as well as one of the beneficiaries) for a 4rm HDB flat. I have obtained the grant of probate and completed transmission of title with HDB. The HDB flat is completely paid off (was on HDB loan) and has reached MOP.
I am intending to sell the flat, I'm just wondering if I can engage HDB solicitor for the conveyance or do I have to get a private solicitor? Roughly how much more do private solicitors charge? Thanks!
