I'm an agent myself. I've a corporate client looking for a 2 bedroom good condition condo (not apartment) for 2 years. Employee is Indian with wife & kid. Need a diplomatic clause aft 6 months. Office is at International Business Park, Jurong East. So district can be Jurong East (D22), nearby districts or along East-West line. MRT not a requirement. Budget $3k to $3.5k if really good. Move in immediate. Most importantly not willing to pay commission. So contact me only if you are willing to share owner's commission for 2 year lease.
