I'm a single Singaporean and would like to co-own a private property (condo) with my biological mother and my step-father.
1) I'm single with no other property portfolio.
2) My mother who re-marries has given up her citizenship and is now a foreign citizen. She has no property portfolio in Singapore.
3) My step-father is a foreign citizen with no property portfolio in Singapore but owns a property in his own country.
Can I use my CPF to finance this purchase as a 1/3 share tenant in common co-owner?
Thank you for your advice.
