To avoid ABSD, it would be good to purchase the private property as husband and wife. As for the payment details, it would be as follows, based on 80% loan:

1) 5% Cash and 15% CPF (Difference to be topped up is there's insufficient CPF)
2) Legal and Stamp fee is payable via CPF
3) ABSD to be paid within 14 days from Option Exercise Date
4) Monthly installment is dependent on the amount of loan taken.

Hi Ms Sha

It is better for you to purchase a condo just by using your name alone, because if it is a joint purchase with your husband who is a foreigner, then the stamp duty payable will be 13%.
