Im a Singaporean and currently living with my parent and the current flat is under my name as well as under my parent name.

My partner is a foreigner.

So i would like to know in the event that we decided to have a house of our own, what are the available alternative?

Afternoon Marcus,

If you have fulfilled the MOP, you can purchase private property. If you are looking at HDB unit, you are required to remove your name from the current unit. As such, your parents are required to return you the CPF plus interest, be it using their CPF of cash.

    have yet to fuflfil the MOP yet..

    If i wanna to maintain the current HDB.. what would be the alternative options ?
