Hi

La Casa Condo is one of the EC which just turned 5 years ago and many sellers have already started selling their units. I just brought a buyer to view and gotten a unit few weeks ago and bringing another buyer to view soon. These 2 groups of buyer are also PR and in the same situation as yours, and thus I recommended La Casa as the asking price is very attractive.

Perhaps you can contact anyone of us here to assist you further on your EC purchase. We know the projects and would be in a good position to advise you further.

Do it earlier before more gov measures are imposed on EC. This is one segment relatively untouched by the authorities.
