I'm a owner of Dover Parkview, if I'm correct, the existing plot ratio for Dover Parkview is 2.1, however, a few of the nearby HDB flats that were built few years ago have the plot ratio of 3.6. The question I would like to ask is what is the possibility that the plot ratio for Dover Parkview's land be revised to 3.6 similar to those nearby HDB flats? Thank you.

Revision of plot ratio is subjected to URA Masterplan planning. You may feedback to management committee to write in to URA for a review.
