I'm a landlord. Rented my whole HDB unit for 1 year tenure to a group of 4 person. In the 7th month of tenure, they get another friend to join them. I'm ok. But is this legally ok? The Contract is signed by 4 of them. Contract did state 5 person will be staying although 4 person signed on the contract. And 1 of the 4 is leaving before end of contract and they will get another person to replace. Is this bench of Contract? Contract says the specific 4 tenants will stay for 1 year.
