im 47 n my husband is 57. we bought a 5 rm in tampines blk 457 with price of $350 in 1999 n we still owe hdb about $245k.this is our 2nd house. even since 8yrs ago my husband have problem with his hlt n i have to paid the loan by cash..i want the down grade my unit with 3rm so that we dont have to owe hdb that much.. wat should i do? really need ur advice in this.
