I'm 3rd year of SPR, my wife is the newest SPR. Can we buy a resale HDB now? But we have a property in Malaysia (house). Kindly advise me.

You are not eligible to buy a resale flat because your wife have not fulfilled the 3 years PR status. Feel free to contact me at 92736096 if you are interested in the new condo development.

Hi Gary,

In order to buy a HDB resale flat, both applicants must fulfilled 3 years of PR status. You must also disposed your property in Malaysia within six months of the purchase of the resale flat. Feel free to contact me if you have further queries.
