Good morning Erin,

As you are a SPR, you wont be eligible to purchase a public housing solely by yourself unless you do so with a SPR or Singaporean spouse.

Thus you are only eligible for private condos or apartments at this point of time.

By the way to better advise you further, may I know how much finances (CPF OA funds and cash) do you have on hand for the initial outlay of at least 28% of the purchase price?

Warmest Regards,

Hi Erin,

You'd be able to purchase a 1-bedroom/studio apartment/condo, subject to certain eligibility requirements.

I have some on hand to recommend, feel free to contact me and we can discuss further.

Thanks and regards,

HI Erin,

You would only able to buy private property.
Are you buying for own stay or for investment ?

If for investment, usually i would recommend my buyers to look into prime area that's near the MRT 1 bedroom units. As eventually units that are not in near the MRT will not be yield-accretive.

I've now a few units that you can consider if you're looking to invest.

Drop me a call and we can discuss more about it.

Thanks!
